She is Gwen Stacey, a.k.a Ghost Spider, the newest and coolest Disney "Marvel Rising" Character (2019). Gwen was bitten by a radioactive spider and gained spider-like powers. As a founder of a rock band "The Emm-Jays" she gets relief from her conflicted life as a popular performer. With special powers like superhuman endurance, agility, strength, spider-senses and wrist-mounted mechanical web-shooters, she helps those in need like good friend Peter Parker. She works alongside the protagonist Miles Morales in "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse" with Hailee Steinfeld reprising her role once more. In this the sequel to "Into the Spider-Verse" she is now older and will fight crime with her other superhero friends.
