- Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of goods. We will only accept items which are unopened and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection from staff and a refund will be refused if an item has not been returned in it’s original condition, including all packaging.. The buyer is liable for all return shipping for change of mind purchases. Handling and postage changes are not refundable.
- Rubies does not accept responsibility for any delivery delays. Star Track service is generally overnight to metro areas and regional can be an additional few days.
- To process a return please contact your account manager for Return Authorisation Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without an RA#.
Please ensure the item is:
- returned within 30 days of the date of delivery
- unworn and unwashed with all original packaging and tags still attached;
- in the condition you received it in and is not damaged, altered or used;
- returned with your RA# and
- not part of our “excluded product” list below

- Undergarments including stockings
- Candy Bowls & Large Decor Items (such as Wall Breakers)
- Collector's Edition Costumes & Accessories
- Damaged or defective goods which were sold at a clearance/reduced price and the damage was clearly communicated prior to purchase
